Unlimited does not by itself prove unrestricted full-speed usage. A provider may market a plan as unlimited while applying a full-speed allowance, throttling, hotspot terms or other conditions. An unknown term means the evidence is not yet verified, not that no limit exists.

“Not yet verified” is preserved when the repository does not contain a primary-source-backed value. It must not be read as unlimited full speed, no throttle, or no hotspot restriction.
